I'm 16 years old and i'm about 5'4", 125 lbs. i'm not so concerned with being overweight because i know that i'm not. However, i still want to slim down more because i'm not quite happy with myself. I exercise almost daily because I play soccer, but my diet's inconsistent because i'm too busy to have balanced meals. What would be the best way for me to slim down?

I'm 19 years old, 5'4", and I weigh 116 lbs. I have a 24" waist and 34" hips. I stay slim by doing strength training routines (I take a body building class at school), calisthetnics, eating right, and tons of cardio.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables if you don't have time for a balanced meal. Stay away from simple carbs (i.e. white bread) and reach for the complex carbs (i.e. whole wheet bread, whole grains, etc.), and drink plenty of water.

Before you do anything -SEE YOUR DOCTOR!!!!
Genuinely, you sound a bit perfectionistic. While continuing to improve youself is an admirable goal, you need to know when good enough is good enough. If you work on being sure to eat a balanced diet you will do the best thing for yourself you can do. Really!
You can check your diet needs by visiting the American Dietetic Association, US Food and Agriculture Department, and even see the "food pyramid" on the back of lots of foods. Your diet does not have to be balanced at each meal. Nutritionists say try to balance your diet over the course of a day, but over the course of a week will work as well.

make sure to eat lots of fruit and veggies. yogurt is good for you too. try a light/fat free kind. drink lots of water instead of pop and energy drinks. keep exercising. diet pills never work consistently so don't try them! good luck!
