can u get the cops called for prank calling or is prank calling just a stupid joke that is meant for nothing but laughs? I allow my son's to do it but only to friends who think of it as a joke but some people critisize me over it saying im not a good parent. I know alot of people used to do it when they were immature inclouding myself. as long as they use *67 I dont have a problem with it.my fave was calling 2 chinese places, placing 1 order then calling a differnt one and have them varify the order or something like that.

Yes, they can get in trouble for harassment. And I really hope you don't think your kids are only doing to their friends. If this is even real, then you need to put an end to it. NOW.

Yes you can get the cops for prank calling because they will call it invading someones safety or something like that and I personally think you should let your sons have fun cause eventually they will grow out of it. Just make sure they call people they know.

The only prank I remember is calling a take-out place to deliver some food to another restaurant's address. That is 20 years ago, but I still roar about it.

It may be wrong but everyone needs to remember that they were kids once and did the same thing. Heck my cousins and myself had so much fun doing it when we were little, that when we got older we would get together get drunk and have prank call parties. Lord the fun we had. Next time I go home we may just have to have one of those parties for old time sake! Tell your kids to call me I will have them laughing for years to come. There was this time that I was the victim of a prank... Some guy called and asked if my refridgerator was running and I said yes. So they said go catch it, laughed and hung up on me. Since I have caller i.d. i found that person and now I wear his face as a mask. Who's laughing now, hmmm?
