AA in engineering. I guess you mean aeronautics and astronautics...

Well, there's a lot of things you can do with AA degree. You could work in anything aero related, such as space programs including spaceships, satellites, manned/unmanned mission, plasma/propulsion, and a lot more. NASA and many other non-govement companies are constantly looking for employee candidates. Also, the civilian side of this industry is growing rapidly. So it won't be hard to get a job.

If space mission is not your cup of tea, you can work on anything that has to do with airplanes. From as small as a micro-UAV that is few inches in size to as large as a Jumbo jet-liner. Also, if you're good, you might be able to work on designing fighter jets and other defense projects.

If you're referring to aplied art, forget about what I just said.

Depends on the degree. Did you have a degree focus? http://www.bls.gov/oco/ is a great site for learning about different jobs and their requirements. Most associates have to be fairly specialized to be a major benefit in the workplace. Going on to get your bachelor's can be invaluable when it comes to making more money.
