A passionate kiss is any kiss that makes u want the person more and more!!
But usually its associated with open mouthed kisses, with or without tongue: so i would say its both

I don't think it's really possible to french kiss without the tongue... not in my experience at least
=)
I think a passionate kiss doesn't HAVE to be french or anything... I mean if you're passionate that's all it takes. But tongues tend to be involved in passionate kissing.

a passionate kiss is one with lots of feeling behind it, it doesn't matter if there's tongue or not... look up passionate in the dictionary, add that with kiss, and there ya go..

it CAN be - depends on your style but the french kiss is known to be the most passionte kiss ever - tongues dancing all around!
