i do not understand the second one. so if you write that, people might think you're talking to yourself.

Id go with either the 2nd or 3rd one i think the first is a little crazy because i lost a lot of friends when i was in high school and even after i graduated, and using one refering to death is too much of a reality.

I like the Gandhi quote personally, since it reaches into tomorrow. You could always make up your own quote, couldn't you, maybe sharing something you've learned during your high school experience?
