May be an unstable person or someone who gets bored easily. Or could possibly just be that he has not found something that he enjoys yet. You need to read between the lines and try to figure out why to get the best judgment on whether or not it is a red flag.

Well the first response is yes, on the other hand it would be easier to know with some details-why does he say he changes jobs so often, does he quit ot get fired? How old is he, and is he a full time or even part time student working on a degree? These things all pertain to it being a true red flag or not-without knowing details the majority of people are certainly going to answer yes as well as i did, but as i said if he is working on a degree maybe he just gets bored doing one job after a few mths and keeps changing till he gets the degree he needs to do what he wants- i hope this is the case for you anyway,

A very big red flag. Indicates a person is not sure of what he wants. It might mean he gets fired, although he does not say that. I would guess he does this with lots of things in his life. Is he very young, then this is more understandable. But I would be careful making any long term arrangements with him until this pattern changes.

Yep. My criteria before I got married was: Car, Job for at least a year, and goals. Sounds superficial but if Im going to spend the rest of my life with that person I need to know Im not going to be left hanging in the wind to fend for myself.

If you are thinking about hiring this person, I suggest you call the previous employers first!!!

Some people just cannot settle down in one place for too long. They can also be a liability if you spend money on them and take the time to train them in a certain discipline.

Yes it is and I advise you to run far away from him. My father saw a similar situation in a young man I was dating. He made sure that that relationship was ended. To this day I am very grateful when I see the financial stability in the man I married.

BIG Red flag... Maybe large issues there. Collection agents after him probably, or back child support, or the law...
