It's called a 'conditional license' or an 'occupational limited license'. You will need to talk to the court secretary and she will schedule a day for you to see the judge. You will need to file a petition for the license. You may want to see a lawyer.

I'm glad this is your last, and I hope you stick to it. I've had friends die because of drunk drivers. One friend was in a coma for a month and in the hospital for 8 months - he cannot remember anything for more than ten minutes because of the accident. His short-term memory is nearly gone. All his plans for college were ripped away from him. He was unable to graduate with his class (of which he was president) and had to learn to walk all over again. I am not trying to lecture - I'm just telling you the truth. Please don't let this happen again. I could not stand to lose anyone else.

DUI laws vary by state... click here to choose your state http://www.totaldui.com/dui_state_laws.htm In Tennessee, where I live, a judge has to sign a waiver for you to get a restricted license if you have only had the one dui conviction. It allows you to only drive to and from work. After you get the waiver from the judge, you simply take it to the DMV and apply for another license. In Tennessee, you have to take the written and driving test again. Good luck and don't do it again! ;)

Your license is suspended for 30 days after that you can apply for limited driving privilege for 60 days. You get full reinstatement after 90 days. Make sure you get your SSR 22 insurance and attend satop class and pay your $45 reinstatement fee you will not get full driving privilege until you do these things.
