I think science is harder as to understand a lot of science you have to have a good understanding of math. You can do math without science but not science without math.

Well, it depends on your brain and what your strengths are. The sciences involve more memorisation (especially biology), and occasionally some math and problem solving. But it's also more engaging becuase you can relate it to the everyday world.
As far as math, math is just a series of patterns and remembering steps. It's problem solving and occasionally some logic skills. Personally, I find sciences more enjoyable because they're, a, more interesting, and b, I'm good at memorisation. Butr there's satisfaction in taking a math problem and solving it properly.
So it depends on your strengths.
