Go to an NA meeting . A drug is a drug. They will understand, and be able to identify the feelings behind what's cause you to sniff. There's nothing shameful about what your doing. But you must seek help ASAP. You can find NA meetings all over the world just go ogle NA in your area and a list of meetings will show up . You don't have to even mention paint just that you have a problem with a drug and you need to stop . They will understand trust me.

it is an addiction like any other...treatment options would be comparable to any other drug abuse problems...however, sniffing paint will totally fry your brain...and it will NEVER heal...NEVER...
if you are doing this, i beg you to stop...if your friend is doing this, for God's sake, don't do it with him...much love, and peace...tammy
