Don't include diet and stuff, I already know what to do there. Please talk about the best forms of exercise.

Well first of all you should

♦ Accept who you are and how much you weigh
♦ Keep thinking you'd lose a pound a day
♦ Look at the foods you eat carefully and make sure they don't exceed over 700 calories a meal (with drinks and everything)

Now that you got that done, remember to only

♦ Eat about 1/2-3/4 of what you usually eat. Only put that much on your plate, and that's all you get. Think healthy.
♦ Do 50 sit ups, 50 push ups, and jog for about 20-30 minutes around your neighborhood or on a treadmill. Set these goals high tell yourself that it's like homework due the next day. YOU NEED TO GET IT DONE, OR YOU'LL FAIL YOURSELF.
♦ Keep confidence in yourself. You can do it.

In no time, your weight would be dropping pretty quickly and smoothly. And you'd feel so much better.

My mom actually found this great solution to loosing weight and she's going to try it cause her friends are taking it and loosing weight. it's a pill called Calogel and they have 2 weight loss kinds, they have the "night time" and "day time" pills you take just before bed and/or when you first wake up, they also have other solutions as well.
