Snyder's Living Defense Martial Arts in High Point. Mr & Mrs. Snyder are both excellent trainers. She has her 6th degree in TKD & is a national champion in kick boxing. He has his 4th degree in both TKD & the Joe Lewis Fighting Systems.They also train MMA & BJJ. They are very patient and good instructors, and will give you the individual attention that you may need. It's an awesome school and I LOVE training there.
Mr. Danny Dring is in town this weekend doing seminars, actually. Friday night is kickboxing. Saturday morning is TKD, Saturday afternoon is BJJ. The BJJ one is open to the public, the TKD one may be as well. Call up there tomorrow if you're interested- 336.889.8399
