Well, stated in the simplest way, bile is produced by the hepatocytes (liver cells), while blood is supplied to them. Bile is made and intended to be used in digestion, so it flows AWAY FROM the hepatocytes, down the bile ducts toward the small intestine, but if digestion is not occurring, then it goes into the gallbladder. Blood flows in the opposite direction because they are going TOWARD the hepatocytes, to provide oxygen, glucose, etc, as all cells require.

I think you mean lymph. Bile only goes in a duct from gall bladder to stomach.
