give her something for the pain -advil or alleve. dose it by her weight. ice to her jaw and cheek bones will help, too.
if the pain is too severe, contact the orthodontist for a prescription.

Ooooh, I never liked that either. Try orajel for her gums if they're sore and some Advil if it's giving her a headache.

umm. i had a plate and what i used to do, because it would get tigheter and tighter and then somedays it would be loose, i just used to suck on ice, or have a panadol and lay down, but sucking on ice helped my pain, if it gets really bad go see your dentist

give her yr average pain killer, and just say evry time. thats one day (or twist you chose) closer to the day i gets taken off! i had 1 2!

maybe do something to get her mind off of it....play a game, maybe get a frappicino or ice cream???
