As a roofer you should have no problem going to sleep as you get exercise. You need to cut out all that mess. Stop the caffine, sugar, and sleeping pills. I would guess your diet is not real good either. Get some egg beaters for breakfast, protien shakes and bars for lunch. If you can't get things straighten out, seek the advise of a professional. Good luck.

Red bull is full of sugar, that is what keeps you up, also the mountain dews do too. Try to drink more water, that is the healthiest choice.

I don't think they are good for you because most of them such as red bull are LOADED with sugar just to make your energy level go higher. Usually they give you spikes of energy then you suddenly feel tired..which isn't that good if you are doing roofing..

yes because they make your energy spike then you fall after they wear off so you should try to eat foods that have carbohydrates to keep your energy longer.. plus all the energy drinks are full of sugar and that doesn't help with energy it actually makes you tired

energy drinks arent exactly 'good' for you, but well they just have tons of calories and lots of sugar and that could be bad in the long run. its like that one commercial. "Mommy, can i have a plate of heart disease?"

well, they speed up your heart at an alarming rate.. especially if you drink them before vigorous activities, so be careful.. you shouldn't have more than 2 cans a day..
