I'm not a picky person, but I take a shower every other day, sometimes more. The problem is, if I don't take one at LEAST every other day, I get these itchy sore bumps. I try to wash out all the stuff, but it doesn't work. Do I need to do it every day or use something else? (Try not having running water and having to walk to a bath like six blocks half your childhood lol)Like I said, I'm not picky, but sometimes you have to be for some things.

Try using Neutragena T Gel shampoo. It will work after one or 2 shampoos. You may need to see a dermatologist because you could have a condition like psoriasis.

You should drink a lot more water then you are and if where you live is really dry, you should get a humidifier or put bowls of water out.

Try Head and Shoulders or Selson Blue (or however you spell it)... or another anti-dandruff shampoo...

It could be that.. or see your dr. My mom gets this and she uses the Selson Blue and another (medicated shampoo)....
