there are 3 levels of expressing displeasure: 1, whininng-you whine when you want someone, or anyone to solve your little problem 2. complain-you complainwhen you think there is actually someone who CAN solve your problem. 3 b**ch-you b**ch when you realize no one can help you and its all up to you to solve your problem
