Wow, what a really sweet thought! Looking at the list you have, and not knowing anything about the person you're buying for, here's what I would suggest
1. A home-made meal/birthday cake
2. Buy her a star or a piece of the moon
3. A personalised gift certificate for a massage from you to her
4. A pair of pyjamas (so she can cuddle up to you in front of he DVD, holding her new bear)
5. A brooch, so she can pin a symbol of your love to whatever she wears
6. A friendship bracelet - you can make this from her favourite colour threads, perhaps in silk thread?!
7. A double photo frame with a photograph of her with her best friends at a place/from a time she loved on one side, and a picture of the two of you on the other

My favorite birthday gift (but your girlfriend has to live on her own) was a maid that came in and cleaned my house from top to bottom and of course I got taken out for dinner for my birthday!!

Give her a gift certificate to her favorite salon or any salon, so she can get her nails or hair done, girls love feeling pampered.

I think that's great. I also think that it's going to be very expensive and that you are using up all the ideas for birthday gifts for the future. It also may be overkill. Her head might blow up.
