if you want to convert certain files into another, you might need a specific program or software capable of what you want.... for countless of times, ive been doing this "conversions" specially with audio and video files.... i might suggest that you visit this site:

If you want the best results get virtualdubmod. It takes a little reading to use it if you have no experience. If you want a simpler solution that will give great results use autogk. Both are free.
