How many months takes to be sponsored by a company who wants to hire me?
Which are the tasks that the company and employee should do , to do it fast?
I have an offer in a design company but since last october they told me that they will contact me when they had justified my contract before CHR.

my husband is working here in Canada and had to go through a similar thing...basically (if it is like his situation) they have to advertise the position for two months and see if there is any qualified Canadian person who wants the position...the employer also files for a work permit for you and pays for it and then once they have that and the position can not be filled by any Canadian, the job is yours...there are way more jobs then there are people to fill them here...

My guess would be that it could take any length of time. This greatly depends on industrial demands and also if the company is willing to go that route in order to hire work. I don't want to be negative but a lot of companies don't want the liabilities involved unless they really can't survive otherwise. Best of luck to you and keep searching.
