The thing is, i will wake up practically the same time to go to the toilet and the most amazing thing is that before i am awake, i am having the dream and i am able to finish the whole content of the dream before i wake up and go to the toilet. Is something wrong with me? THis has been going on for years.

Hi,
usually at what time do you wake up in the night?
There is nothing wrong with you. Our dream, even though it feels like it has happened for hours.. only in actual fact goes through our mind within a few seconds.
From your description, my guess is:
- you have a weak liver, which is the thing that makes you wake up every night.. especially so if you always wake at 2,3am at night.
- you have a weaker bladder or may have some prolapsus.. that is why there is alot of pressure on your bladder and you have to go toilet in the middle of the night.
- you may also be troubled by something. what is troubling you? When is the first time this thing happened to you.. at what age did it start? Will you accept it and let go?
Anyway, I have two suggestions for you:
ONE: A detox to help both your liver and bladder:
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.
TWO: Find the cause of your dreams and let go of the emotions that it is causing you. I suggest that you attend this course called Psychology of Vision because it really helped me.
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)

umm idk...but i used to have dreams that I would get up and do my morning routine and then really wake up and realize it was a dream! I've also had dreams so realistic that I don't remember them and go throughout my day really believing something happened only to remember my dream later and realize that it was a dream. My worst dreams are about missing finals in school. And when I was a kid I dreamed thtat if I flapped my arms hard enough I could lift myself off the ground. Believed it for real for a long time. lol. I don't remember my dreams any more.... :( mb one every other month or so....

your body goes through to types of sleep, REM and NREM. at the end of one complete cycle (usually 90-100 minutes) you enter REM sleep and have a dream.
after your dream is over, the cycle starts over again, but if something wakes you, say--a full bladder, than you'll wake up so you can statisfy that need. waking up after dreams is what makes you remember the dream.
if you go to bed the same time every night, its likely that you will fall into a sleep pattern like you've described.
nothing wrong at all!

When you fall into a sleep pattern, you're REM (deep sleep/dream) cycles tend to fall into the pattern. This is why people will wake up a minute before their alarm goes off. So to answer your question, you are a completely normal and there is nothing wrong with you.
