My boyfriend and I were close friends for a long time before we started going out. He loved me the whole time too. But the feelings weren't mutual.....
But one day, after over a year of being friends, he asked to hang out with me. I said sure. I didn't know if it was going to be a date or not... but he's a friend. What's the worst that can happen?
We ended up hanging out with some friends and had some alone time to just talk and stuff. Little did I know that I liked him back. It was amazing. It seemed to happen JUST LIKE THAT. Like a switch was just turned on or something.
LOL I remember that day he also opened the car door for me and I said thank you. His response was, "That's what you do on a date, right?" I just laughed. I never even answered his question. HAHA.
We've been together for a little over a year now. : }
Ask to just hang out with her one day and see where things go from there. Ya never know if ya don't try! Making it casual eases off the pressure. It's always a good thing. Maybe you could pull off the same line my boyfriend said to ME.... "That's what you do on a date, right?"

I have this friend who used to like me when we first started becoming friend years ago. I didn't think of him in anything more than a friend and this past summer it just clicked..and we both liked each other at the same time. We dated for 7 weeks, and after that we have prob seen each other 3 times. We email each other ever so often but our relationship hasn't been the same and I don't know if it will ever.
Dating a friend can be so rewarding, but if it doesn't work out you can loose a friend.

I have been in your position once or twice. I always chose to keep things on the friendship level, thinking that I would keep her in my life longer that way. If I had it all to do over again, I would tell her my true feelings.

if you think she likes you, tell her. If you dont think so, dont keep it in forever but try to find more signs to find out for sure! if you tell her, it might be awkward but if yall are as good of friends as you think you are, she wont end a good friendship over something like that. Follow your heart. Its ultimatley up to you.

depends,if you think she might not feel the same way and as a result she might distance herself then just leave it alone. but if she likes you,you should know,they normally give hints.
