I'm not looking for a free trial or one that only lets me use only a few atributes.

To clarify... I don't play instruments, but I'm good with lyrics and tunes. I just need software to put it all together. You know... guitar... drums... etc.

you have a rather odd idea. Most people use a musical instrument to make music. I don't understand how using free software to make music would be any different than using not-free software to make music; would not work in either option.

Try going to softpedia.com and in the search type the keywords that you are searching for. It gives you a list of all the softwares that are free to use. Cheers.
