I'm so stressed...I know that there are hundreds of prayers out there tonight... cause I've seen your beautiful answers to some of the most ridiculous questions.
So I'm asking for your christian advice to my question. So...let the fun begin. and the prayers go up.
Thanks, Diana

Just let me add...I AM a christian and I know that Jesus is always with me. I also know that my feeling of being too stressed is sin at it's best. I'm just at a difficult time in my world right now and just would like additional prayer if you got the time.
Jesus died for you! and Loves you!

Sometimes a good laugh will destress ya.
I was at the mall the other day eating at the food court. I noticed an old man watching a teenager sitting next to him. The teenager had spiked hair in all different colors: green, red, orange, and blue. The old man kept staring at him. The teenager would look and find the old man staring every time. When the teenager had enough, he sarcastically asked, "What's the matter old man, never done anything wild in your life?" The old man did not bat an eye in his response, "Got drunk once and had sex with a peacock. I was just wondering if you were my son."

Yes. There are techniques for dealing with stress, and there are some that Christians can use, such as just taking their burdens to god and leaving them there. Sometimes I just talk to God out loud and tell Him what is on my mind, the things that are stressing me out, as if He didn't know it. It's amazing the peace that takes over my mind as a result - when I think to do that. (Yes, I admit, I often do what works best, only as a last result! Pretty dumb!)
May God bless you and give you rest tonight.

Actually, there is some evidence that prayer helps people who are sick. I think the way it works is this: the people who are being prayed for feel better because someone is being kind to them. The people who are doing the praying feel better because they feel like they're helping.
It may not actually work because of a deity listening to humans, but it makes everybody feel better...that 's how it works.

Christians can pray for God to give them peace over a certain situation and He can take away their stress.. If it is meant to go away, it'll go away. However in some situations when it stays, it means that for some unknown reason, God has chose to let it stay in your life for now.. The reason can only be found out with time..

hi Dude. "on account which you Christians..." I experience a tender generalization there, no longer ALL Christians think of atheists worship the devil, me myself, being a faithful Christian, don't have self assurance atheists pray to the devil. Atheism is , interior the summarized version, "no longer believing in God" top?. yet that would not unavoidably propose that in case you do not have self assurance in "a" then you at once have self assurance and worship "b". there are a number of Christians obtainable that quite of preaching the Gospel of "solid information" and residing how Jesus reported we ought to consistently stay (love one yet another etc), they do the completed opposite, they rebuke and condemn others. they're rapid to show out "you're an atheist, you will Hell" lol ironic top?? Hahahaha. nicely to me it extremely is finished rubbish, Hate The Sin no longer The Sinner. i do no longer hate atheist, i do no longer rebuke them, i do no longer think of they worship the devil in basic terms because of fact they do no longer worship God. with the point to respond to your question "NO, i do no longer think of atheist worship the devil" And P.S while you're an atheist and you do worship the devil then it extremely is definitely effective, it is your selection, all of us have loose will and freedom of selection...that would not make the two one greater useful than the different.
