I need advice regarding a special someone. I met this girl in my journalism class, and we have known each other for 2 days now, but today i asked her for her myspace and she gave it to me. I also gave her mine's and she gave me a comment, and I gave her one back.
Then later on I sent her a message asking her what she was doing on saturday night by me asking her if she wanted to hang out like having a cup of coffee, or dinner and a movie, so we can get to know each other more outside of class. Later on she read the message, yet she did not reply.
Was that a sign that she may not be interested in me? The thing of it is, she's single w/out a b/f and i'm single w/out a g/f. Any suggestions?

A little ,but I would never ask someone I know out over the Internet even if I have only know them for two days. I would have asked her in person and maybe made it a cup of coffee after class.
Also, leave off the "so we can get to know each other outside of class" I think that is understood.

we understand what single means. if a guy came on to me like the way that you did, i'd feel like the guy is coming on too strong. tone it down a notch! still talk to her but call her every day or leave comments on her myspace every day.....every few days (like 3-4) would be ok. if you call her, just say something like "i was just thinking about you today......blah blah blah!"

Might be playing games to see how desperate/interested you are. Just wait a week before you contact her again... Don't rush.

I really can't imagine any other reason than her not being interested. She really should have replied.
