Call your mortgage company and ask they will tell you.

My loan papers were not even 5 pages, are you getting all the other paperwork confused with your loan papers ?
Never heard of more than a few in my whole life .
Get your papers and look for just the papers from your lender. Or call and ask them.

You should read carefully the data. Or just consult an impartial loan officer who would provide you free mortgage advisory. You can check out htis site. They provide free advisory. http://mortgage.yeyeyup.com

Call your lender and ask, or dig up the papers you signed with them (if you still have them)
