i meant to say..does the person have to have insurance..not the car...
and also..if u have ur license..and ur driving with a parent..and u dont have insurance..does it mean u use their insurance..so if u get in a accident u use their insurance? or do u have to have ur own insurance?

for your test the car just has to be insured but as for after you pass your parents have to add you to their policy ,,, good luck on your test :)

YOU don't have to have insurance...the car you are driving HAS to have insurance.
