Thank you everybody. I lost quite a few pets due to animal cruelty. I couldn't stand this happening again to weak strayed animals.

Have you done a search to find newspapers in Wisconscin both to email letters to the ed and also to see if they have open forums on net. The more ppl you can get in that state that are voters there to react the more the governor is lilely to do. Sounds like that guy should be proceuted not just have his site shut down. I am admin on a net bd and I have also learned that appealing to the web site provider may be useful in getting hiom shut down. Go to www.whois.com for more info on finding his ISP

Thats horrible i dont think anyone has the right to shoot a cat whether its feral or not, i work at our local animal shelter and i find it heart breaking when these poor animals are brought in off the streets and not cared for but to allow people to buy a lisence to kill these poor animals is sick and it will only (my opinion) cause these people (that buy the lisence) to become more villent which will cause more vilence .. its just plane sick and cruel (dont mind the spelling) anyways i signed the petition. hope it helps.

I signed the petition and will also be writing the Governor of WI and expressing my feelings to him of this crime. This man and whoever helps him with this cat killing should be arrested! I will not stand for this attack on innocent cats.

OH MY GOSH! I can't believe these sick people! I signed it and had my daughter and husband sign it as well. Thanks for sharing the info. Maybe we can get these folks shut down.
