You should not even thinking about these things, they are irrelevent, Prophet Jesus (pbuh) was a human being just like the rest of us, he slept, ate went to the gentlemens room , just like any other human being, these things are for not to worry, just concentrate on his teachings which matter the most, i pray for you.
