My guess is you have a CD image. So you'll need something like Daemon Tools to create a virtual drive to mount the image as a CD drive

mount the image means you are not working with a direct CD. You are using an image OF the CD. To run the game you can do one of two options:
1. Burn it using Nero or equivalent burning software by choosing to "burn the image".
2. Get Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% and mount the image file through that program. A link to Daemon tools is here:

It means you've downloaded pirated games that came as disc images, not actual CD's you bought in stores!
