The pigment Melanin controls the colouring of your hair. With advancing age, the quantity of pigment produced decreases, and your hair starts greying. Heredity too plays a major role in greying of hair. Pollution in the atmosphere and high chlorine content in water play havoc with your hair and cause premature greying. Natural treatment can arrest and delay this process. The watchword? Patience and continuity of treatment. he universal favourite since the beginning of time. Used for colouring and covering grey hair. Acts as a tonic too, but has a drying effect; therefore best used along with a mixture of amla powder, boiled tea leaves in water and a little mustard oil. Apply this paste on your hair and leave it on for 2 hours. Wash off with water. More details see http://www.naturalbeautycareguide.com/natural-hair-care/greying-hair.html

As you age, the amount of pigment in the hair declines. No one has found a way to reverse this. Premature graying can sometimes result from stress, or graying may be a result of a medical condition such as a thyroid problem or anemia. However, If your graying is a natural result of aging, there is no magic pill you can take to stop or reverse it. If you're not willing ot use dye of any kind, you're limited to shaving your head or wearing a hat.

They make a product called Grecian formula. There are also other products just like the above. You just put it in your hair and comb it through. Hint: any product they sell for men are the same as women's products, like deodorant, shaving stuff, the grecian formula but men's products are less expensive. I use the men's. My gray took about 3 weeks to totally go away. HTH

Plucking it out. But I wouldn't recomend that you will end up with zero hair. Just colour it, there are organic hair dyes you could buy if that is your cncern. Otherwise there is no other way.

There isn't any way. Once the colour is gone from the follicle, that is it. You can try a shampoo that deposits colour to conceal it a bit.
