The fact is he has broken the rules and has been caught out. Keiran Fallon has been charged by the police, not the HRA. The HRA are simply acting in the interests of the sport by stopping anyone that can be seen as giving a bad reflection on racing taking part in the sport.
Just because he is a good jockey it does not mean we should let him get away with anything. If he were in any other job he would have been suspended too. If I stole money from my company they would not allow me to continue working whilst awaiting trial, so why should the HRA let Kieran Fallon continue riding.
I agree that he is probably the best jockey of his generation, but he is no angel

Hes a cheat, and cheats should not be in sport, no matter how good they are, how much money has he cost the punters, they are the people that make racing, he was just being greedy, he earned more in a week, than most people earn in 6 months, good riddance to him.

He cheated, and he's dealing with the subsequences. I mean look at Chris Munce. Despite the fact that allegedly all jockeys bet in Hong Kong, he's in jail, for 30 months, which isn't too bad.

If he is found guilty he deserves every punishment going, but I think he should be able to ride here until then. Whatever happened to presumed innocent?
