When filing for bankrupcy do you have to list brand new vehicals?

Yes you have to declare all assets but depending on your situation do you need to really file for Bankruptcy? Is there maybe another solution? Also if the car is the only one you have the judge may let you keep it and work out payments with a creditor

you list all debts
and all assests
the court ( judge ) will then determine if you fall inside the guidelines
i have seen people with far too many assests try to declare bankruptcy only to see the judge reject the application and tell them to work it out with their creditors
