we dont have any money to buy food or any thing. also my sisters bday is coming up in two weeks and she might nothave a bday this year.

Food can be obtained through a local organization like the Salvation Army. They give food boxes.
Social services can let you know about emergency assistance money. Go to your local social services office and talk with them (most people know it as the Welfare office).
I don't know how old you are or anything about you but you could get a job if you don't have one already. Even an easy side job like delivering newspapers can be helpful.
Okay here's another thing. You may be able to change banks or open up another bank account. My bank gives me an automatic 500 credit line. It's primarily for overdraft protection but one can use the money for anything, can even withdraw from it.
