First of all, he has to be your fiance or you have to be married in order to apply for his immigration. You may apply for a fiance visa and then after some months once you've married, then apply for his premanent residency. This is going to be a lengthy process and you'll need a lot of proof and evidence of a close relationship as well as you must be really willing to stay on top of things for his benefit. You will be his sponsor so you are obligated to manage everything as well as you must meet the minimum income requirements in order to support him.

As far as dual citizenship goes, this is a very lengthy process and will most likely take him a minimum of 4 years to get naturalization. But if he is persistent and keeps his green card updated and reports all of his earnings as well as if you continue to be married then one day he will become a citizen. It requires a lot of patience and will not happen over night. I am not trying to discourage you but in order to endure this process it will require a very strong relationship and good understanding between the two of you.

I am not sure if he will be able to keep his UK citizenship after he is naturalized in the US because I am not completely familiar with UK's requirements for citizens. (For example, if you are a US citizen and live abroad for an extended period without any ties to property, tax paying, or voting, then you can lose your citizenship.) So you should check with the UK embassy regarding that. And in some countries dual citizenship is not recognized at all. Best of luck to you. To get started with his application and to begin his case go to uscis.gov and there are several menu options and instructions for scheduled fees and required forms and documentary evidences.

Marriage, marriage certificate, pictures of wedding and other occasions, have some money in the bank at least more than 6,000, Good income so you prove that when he comes you are going to support him. A letter from a company or friend that you know that owns a store or whatever saying that once he is here he is hired to work, income taxes statement proving that you have filed taxes for more that 4 years. He will get dual citizenship when he comes here and in 5 years he files for that. The law is 5 years.Call inmigration 877-484-2778 and ask for the forms that you need to petition him and make sure he really loves you and is not after a visa. He might be cheating now. Just keep your eyes open wide.

Get married. That helps, but does not guarantee anything. Type in visa's and immigration in a search engine, it should pop up a bunch of helpful links.
