Joining the armed forces just to go to different places is a bad idea. You could probably get a job for haliburton and go to Iraq, and get paid more. Join the Peace Corps and teach Iraqi kids to read. Don't just join the army to go there, join to do something. dude.

I just came back from iraq,Spent 20 years in the army as a cavalry scout and mech infantry,I was in iraq in desert shield desert storm, I was in somolia and once more sent to iraq in 2003-2006,You really do not want to go over to that nightmare.War is not what you see on tv,it is dirty,obscene,and nobody leaves it untouched.

do u really want to go over there? where u will be in harms way and/or could possibly get killed. it's good to serve your country but you still have to look at this fact: you only have one life to live
