i want to know about reincarnation

It only exists if you believe it does.
The reincarnation process depends on your karma. If you are given a human body and you have bad karma, then you'll be reborn in the next step below human. Reincarnation goes as follows: Deity, human, animal, ghost, demon, then resident of hell.
Everytime you're reborn, you go through hell as punishment for bad karma. Hell never lasts 4ever, it just depends on ur karma.
If you have good karma then you're reborn into the next step above the one you last were.
A reincarnated human can possibly see one of thier past lives in a dream. I did and that's when I started studying reincarnation.
I read a book called "Exploring Karma & Rebirth" by Nagapriya.
