I have it narrowed down to 3 names? Daisy, Leela, or Bambi
I have pictures of her up on myspace www.myspace.com/casbrat1981
Please help me decide she comes home in a week and a half.

Her racing name was DC's Double Down. The reason I have narrowed it down to these 3 names is because it is tradition in my family to name pets after cartoon characters. Daisy- Daisy Duck from Disney, Leela - the one-eyed girl from Futurama, Bambi- from Disney

I greatly appreciate everyone's input. I did find out though that she is already responding to the "D" sound. So I don't confuse her I am going with Daisy.

What was her racing name? Sometimes it's fun to try to find a name close to what their racing name was. I have 3 greyhounds. Are you determined on these three names? If so, I like either Bambi or Daisy. They say names ending with the "E" sound are easier for a dog to learn. But, as far as the Leela name, it makes me think of "Lola" which I like better.
Oh Okay! That's a good reason! In that case, Leela is good!
WOW! I just saw her on Greyhound-data. She is gorgous!! And guess what???? She has the same father as my K.C. (AA's Bountiful)!!! That is so cool!!!!

I agree - she's not a Daisy or a Bambi, she looks classy! I'd go with Leela.
