Best bet is check with airlines, it all depends on fares (since they vary) and availability. As for boat rides, I do not know. See if they have ferry ones, or something.
Another option is, check up local travel agencies, and compare costs like I did/do and that's how I manage to get cheap deal. Fortunately, I have a friend who even hooked me up with a travel agency although it's in another city, but they have really cheap deals, but since I'm from Canada, it may not apply, so I don't know.
