and go to calculators and go to the RMR calculator
you fill in the information about yourself and it tells you how many calories you'd burn if you just took a day of rest.
so that's how many calories you'd burn on a regular basis, but that's not counting however much walking or excercising you do.

Women burn 1400-1500 calories and men burn around 1700-1800 just by *sleeping* the whole day (seriously!). It's called "basal metabolism".
