It sure causes ME PROBLEMS IN PUBLIC places and especially at Yahoo Q&A. When A QUESTION IS asked to express MYSELF I ANSWER and get reported or some bad comment made about USING CAPS. I REALLY DON'T like being LIKE this and your thoughts WILL BE welcomed.

I don't believe you. Turret's syndrome in involuntary. A person hits caps lock on purpose.
