It is in the best interest of the house that the wheel be completely random. This is why they pay for high quality wheels and keep them very well maintained. Therefore no number is any more likely to hit than another. Generally even if the wheel has a slight bias (which is possible) it will be one section of the wheel (several numbers) that will have a slight bias to it. But it can take days of research to figure that out.

Watch the wheel and when the dealer releases the ball find the "00" see where it is and how far the ball lands away from it. The wheel's speed doesn't change dramatically from one spin to the next so when you see the next spin. First ask yourself if the dealer spun the ball the same (usually its as hard as he/she can). If so then you have to know the numbers in order so that you can play the section where it will land. Find the "00" again on the release and determine where the ball will land again in relation to the "00" bet 1/4 of the wheel in order the numbers appear because it still won't be accurate. This will cut down on the house edge enough to put the odds in your favor. If you tip the dealer then he won't change the spin. He will want to keep you winning for as long as possible.

They are all equal. And by the way casinos watch what numbers hit, perform statistical tests, and if they see anything abnormal will replace the wheel. Sorry, the only winner is the house.

No such thing - it's all blind luck - and with the highest house edge is (besides for Keno and Slots) the worst gamble in the Casino

There is no number that is going to hit most on a roulette wheel. People should realize that when you go into a casino - you are going there to gamble and risk your money.
