what is a a normal calorie intake for someone who is 5'8" and 130 lbs, and who is an active runner/dancer/crosstrainer also, how frequently should i eat during a day.

Is it ok if I seem to have an extremely high metabolism? For example, two hours ago I ate meat loaf and pasta, now i'm hungry again and i'm about to go get some shredded wheat with silk soymilk. (love that stuff) I ate evenly during the day and i'm not overweight, why is it that even after I eat a good-sized portion that i'm still hungry two hours later? Should I eat or just let it wear off? is it a real hunger signal?

thanks!

if your getting hungry all the time try adding WHOLE grains to your diet. they will stay with you longer.
If your really active and it sounds like you are. you are going to require more calories. Eat when your hungry and dont worry about it. Lots of small meals are best. it will keep your blood sugar levels in check....
