I was wondering how to work out on my upper chest muscles because i'm getting alittle chunky. Are there any good routines out there?

Working with free weights, enough to cause you to feel a bit of strain but not pain, do sets of 10. Start with triceps and bicep curls. Butterfly's and lat moves. If you have a Barbell Load it up with a comfortable weight (use a spotter) and do chest presses, again sets of 10. Try to mix it up and keep moving. You don't want to cool down during the exercise routine. This help to gently raise your aerobic level slightly. Add some cardio as well. Don't forget to work out your whole body or you'll look lopsided. And finally, eat a healthy well balanced diet filled with lean protein and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water, get eight hours of sleep each night, go light on the alcohol and don't eat any junk food for a while. Good luck.

Working your UPPER chest can be done through the incline bench press. Mix it up over the next few weeks between the barbell and dumbbells.
