Apply some coconut oil on the affected portion before going to bed every night. After taking bath also, you can apply some oil on the dry portion. Drink at least 4 litres of water daily and eat all vegetables and fruits. If this does not work even after a fortnight, consult a skin specialist.

One of two things. It might be a fungal thing, jock itch...try a medication for it for a while, same meds as for athletes foot. Then always use a powder down there. It's a moist area and it rubs. Using powder will help that. Medicated is best but expensive. Try shower to shower store brand and see how it works. put it on often in warm weather or when moving a lot. Good luck.

Try keeping the area dry and rubbing some cocoa butter on the area to keep it moisturized...if that doesn't help then see your doctor/dermatologist.
