4-6 cups of coffee a day will protect your liver, if you drink alcohol, I have read.
That or less is known to protect against skin cancer.
Coffee has the most amount of anti-oxidants present in any average beverage that Americans consume, although you can get less caffeine and the same anti-o if you drink green tea.
It is reported, like nicotine, to be anti-schizophrenic and a productivity booster, so it's main benefit is societal: Harder and less crazy workers.
If it buzzes you too much, cut back: Common sense.
If you take it with creme, you're getting extra calcium.

I can't because I have no thyroid and we people have to stay away from the stuff. So, one cup of coffee or one soft drink a day is ok. Above that you are getting too much sodium in the soft drink and too much acid in the coffee. Plus it keeps you awake.
