Frozen bagels are good to pop in the microwave or toaster. Put a little butter on top and then sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar. yum :)
You can also make pancakes on a weekend and then freeze them individually. They usually heat up nicely in the microwave, and it's very quick. You can also buy frozen pancakes of course.
Muffins are tasty in the morning. You can make them the night before and just take one on the go even.
Here are a few quick breakfast recipes....

1. Soften some butter to room temperature.
2. Put the butter in a small bowl, add some cinnamon and sugar, and mix together until well combined.
3. Spread the mixture on a slice of toast. Top with a pineapple ring.
4. Broil a few minutes until the butter melts and the pineapple gets warm.
5. Eat!!

I would say to just buy the different frozen breakfast foods they have out there. That's why they were invented for a quick and fast meal. There's tons of different breakfast foods... for something small go with a breakfast strudel or for an actual meal try a breakfast biscut it includes eggs & sausage for a quick but nutritious meal.

I used to make my own french toast and freeze--good idea. I have one of those toasters that makes an egg while toasting your bread. It has a meat tray to put ham or whatever and one can put a slice of cheese on top. It cooks in about 2 min. Instant breakfast sandwich. Better than poptarts! Walmart-$30
You can also premix cinn and sugar for toast. Easy

I make french toast ahead and freeze it or just leave it in the refridge for eating in a few days time. Just put it in baggies and let them microwave it for a minute or so. I also make my own breakfast sandwiches with English muffins, eggs, cheese and a meat if you have it. Once again they last a couple of days in the refridge and they can microwave them.
