Moving. Any moving whether it be walking, dancing, exercising, yoga or whatever. Moving burns calories and some movements burn more than others just like some fooda have more calories than others. The trick is to move more to burn more and take in less, that equals fat loss. No other way to do it. Sorry. Cut out white bread, potatoes, rice and white sugar and flour. Eat whole grain breads, cereals and foods like beans and brown rice to keep you from becoming hungry. No soda. Water and juice and lowfat to non fat milk. Just these changes will make you feel like moving more and will take weight off. good luck.

The best way is the cut the fat intake (like cut the fast food, potato chips, junk food, chocolate, and all the junk food)

You get up in the morning and eat nothing and go out and jog around. Then you could come back and eat. That's cause if you eat first, you are actually burnig the fat from the food you just ate.
