Garnier Fructis curling gel. You apply it to dampened hair, twirl it around your fingers, then make it as wavy or curly as you want.

OK, I'm not exactly sure how curly you want it, but you could try a perm. Some great conditioner might do the trick. Rollers may even work depending on what types you use(metal's best). Or just the classic, the curler or spiraler.

Hot roller work great for me. I use a higher end roller that actually uses steam to heat the hair. You put the roller on the steamer and let it heat up and then wrap your hair around it. It makes really nice soft curls.

Hot rollers will do the trick, also you can try a curling iron to give some waves to your hair.

velcro rollers...the smaller th eroller.. the tighter the curl.
when you set your hair, make sure that it is damp/wet....
let your hair dry naturally in the roller.
