so my ex-boyfriend just told me that he still loved me in an email and i dont really want to go out with him what should i do?

Tell him that you still care for him too (so he won't feel bad and because you probably do still have a special place in your heart for him, right...) but that you've moved on and that it wasn't meant to be for you guys and that your time has passed but you do hope that you can remain friends and don't email him a lot after that.

Be honest. Tell him that you appreciate that he still cares for you, but that you don't think the relationship would work. Wish him good luck for the future, and say good bye.
