ok iam just going to download photo shop but when i went to their site their to many software but iam confused that which adobe photo shop that is best to download and latest version plz say the name or provide me the link plz .

Depends what you are using it for. CS2 is awesome, I use it daily, however, I have CS2 because I need it daily in my work... if you are a hard core (or plan to be) PhotoShop Freak, then get it! If you only want something for simple things... toy around with some/several programs that are a lot cheaper than CS2, but will still give you what you need. Most have/offer a form of trial usage to download on their sites.
